"I met Mr. Jose Vargas who was a real estate agent at a Century 21 Office in Kissimmee, Florida in February of 2004. I had recently retired from my Certified Public Accounting firm and wanted to purchase a winter residence/investment property in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Vargas was instrumental in locating and helping me negotiate the construction of a home by Landstar Homes on a fairway lot at the Kissimmee Bay Golf club. The home took a year to build. Four hurricanes damaged the residence during the construction. During the construction he monitored the building process and sent me many pictures of the house.
